Refund policy

We strive to provide authentic photos of our products, but please note that the image you see may depend on your screen type and settings.

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it within 15 days and request a refund or exchange it for another product. Detailed information can be found in the “Exchange a product” section.

The right to exchange/refund applies if the product has not been used or the paper label has not been removed in the case of a personal purchase. The integrity of the returned product will be checked by our staff when it arrives back at our workshop.

If the product has been used or there is no way to return it undamaged, we are unable to accept a refund.

We advise you to check the packaging of the shipment before receiving it, as if the product is damaged during shipping, you have the option of not accepting it. However, if you have accepted the damaged shipment, the courier service can no longer be held responsible.



Product replacement:

If you want to exchange the product for another product

  • Write an email  to sales@delikates.ro  with the following information:

    • What do you want to exchange for?
    • the order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email)
    • In case of price differences: if you choose a cheaper product than the product to be exchanged, write down the invoice details where we can transfer the difference (if you paid by cash on delivery, otherwise we will transfer the difference to your card). If the price of the new product is higher than the price of the original product, you will be able to pay the difference at the courier.

In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer and paid to the courier. The product to be exchanged is returned by a courier service of the buyer's choice.

If you want a different size (for jackets, anoraks)

The following applies to size exchanges if you would like to exchange a jacket/anorak of the same pattern for a different size:

  • Write an email  to sales@delikates.ro with the following information:

    • What do you want to exchange for?

    • the order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email)

    • Pack the product you want to exchange.



When the courier we send delivers the new product, he/she will take the old one. In this case, the customer will not be charged any additional shipping costsIf you have non-romanian address, than you have to send the original product to our address (on your own cost) and we will ship the new product to you.

If you want a coat/anorak with a different pattern, you must follow the instructions in the previous paragraph.

Request a refund for the product price

  • Write an email  to sales@delikates.ro with the following information:

    • Write a few words about why you made this decision, this is important for us to improve.

    • the order number (you can find this in the order confirmation email)

    • If you paid for your order by cash on delivery, please provide us with your account details to which we can transfer the product price. If you paid by credit card, we will transfer the product price back to the same account. The product price will be refunded within a maximum of 15 days of its return.
